**Oligo Synthesis Scientist Position**This is a high-level position in oligonucleotide synthesis and analysis. The candidate will be responsible for leading the development of innovative therapeutic and diagnostic programs.Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute automated solid-phase synthesis protocols.
  • Scale up synthesis processes to achieve mmol level efficiency.
  • Purify and characterize oligonucleotides using HPLC, PAGE, CE, LC-MS, UV-Vis, and MS techniques.
  • Maintain lab equipment, inventory, safety procedures, and standard operating protocols.
  • Drive cross-functional method development and quality control initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. degree in oligo synthesis and analysis with 2-5 years of experience.
  • Strong foundation in phosphoramidite chemistry, purification, and analytics.
  • Bonus: experience with modified or therapeutic oligos, digital PCR/BEAMing.
