Job Opportunity: Data Analytics Specialist

Job Description:\

We are seeking an experienced Associate with a strong background in IT and excellent problem-solving skills.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets using various tools and techniques, developing and implementing data solutions, and maintaining database performance.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract insights from complex data sets to inform business decisions.\
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.\
  • Maintain and optimize database performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.\
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.\
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and exceed expectations.\
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with data analysis and implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • \
  • 4+ years of experience in IT or a related field.\
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and methodologies.\
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.\
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Hive.\
  • Proficiency in SQL and ability to write efficient queries.\
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools.\
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.\
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.\
  • Google ACE, Data Engineer, or equivalent certification is preferred.
