  • Lead a capability center in India, collaborating closely with onsite stakeholders to transition Advanced Analytics projects from the US to India.

This role involves spearheading AI/ML and Predictive Analytics projects in Pharma Commercial Analytics, driving data-driven decision-making and contributing to a global pharmaceutical analytics initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects addressing business challenges including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders understanding business requirements conducting relevant analyses and delivering actionable insights.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics.
  • Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data.
  • Brand performance analytics and reporting.
  • Marketing analytics preferred.
  • Therapeutic Expertise Oncology Rare Diseases or Specialty Brands experience in at least one required.
  • Data Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with data sources such as APLD Specialty Pharmacy Hub Services and Formulary.
  • Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA or Symphony data.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python R or SQL Python preferred.
  • Qualitative Attributes:
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills engaging executive leadership.
