Job Title: Business Analytics Trainer

This role involves providing expert guidance and mentorship to aspiring data analysts, helping them develop the skills needed to succeed in the field.

  • This position focuses on delivering high-quality training sessions, covering core data analytics topics such as data wrangling, data visualization, statistical analysis, Excel, SQL, and Python.

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in data analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide personalized feedback, career guidance, and interview preparation assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver live, interactive online sessions to cover core data analytics topics.
  2. Guide learners through practical assignments and capstone projects to strengthen their problem-solving skills and portfolio.
  3. Provide personalized feedback and career guidance.
  4. Collaborate with the internal team to improve curriculum and ensure training content remains current and relevant.
  5. Evaluate learner performance through project reviews and one-on-one guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, data storytelling, and reporting methods.
  • Experience in mentoring, training, or teaching in a professional or academic setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
