Senior Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Analytics Specialist to improve our enterprise analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions for clients by crafting bespoke data models, transformation logic, KPIs, and dashboards for finance and operational reporting.
  • Develop custom calculations, time series functions, and metrics tailored to business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Extend and maintain the semantic model to support complex reporting needs by leveraging your expertise in data warehousing and analytics.
  • Implement data pipelines between NetSuite and ADW/OAC to facilitate seamless data flow and ensure accurate insights.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and performance bottlenecks across data layers to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Define best practices for solution design, governance, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand reporting requirements and provide valuable input on solution development.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members to foster growth and development.

Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Analytics / Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing.
  • Strong implementation experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data analytics, or related field.
  • Oracle certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
