Job Title: Pre-Sales Associate

Role Description:

  • The primary objective of this position is to lead the end-to-end bid management process. This entails crafting responses to RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and high-quality submission of bid responses.

    • Collaboration will be key in defining solution scope, assessing feasibility, and guaranteeing proposal alignment with client requirements.

      • Bid activities must be coordinated and tracked, including daily status meetings, action item assignment, MoM preparation, and deliverable tracking.

        • Input from legal, finance, and technical teams must be consolidated and verified for accuracy before submission.

          • Client interactions will involve capturing requirements, addressing queries, and supporting proposal discussions.

            • Supplier registration and onboarding for partners must be managed in line with client procurement policies.

              • Contributions to business development will include identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and researching prospective clients.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of RFP lifecycle and proposal management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements in bid management is a plus.
