  • Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance academic programs, research initiatives, and student success.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain a diverse and highly qualified faculty.
  • Cultivate partnerships with industry, community, and other stakeholders to advance the school's mission.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in psychology or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in higher education, with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Distinguished record of research, scholarship, and professional contributions to the field of psychology.
