Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We seek an accomplished engineering leader to drive platform strategy and execution, overseeing core infrastructure, developer experience, data platforms, and frontend frameworks powering global software as a service products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a 12-18 month vision for the platform organization, aligning technical direction with business priorities.
  • Establish frameworks and shared component libraries to accelerate development in modern technology stacks (TypeScript, Node).
  • Implement unified approaches for ingestion, governance, observability, and schema validation across multiple data stores.
  • Lead ownership of Kubernetes clusters, networking, infrastructure as code, and cloud security.
  • Champion robust continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines, progressive rollout practices, and end-to-end observability standards.
  • Partner with information security and legal teams to integrate controls for SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and other regional frameworks.
  • Grow and mentor engineers while fostering a culture of trust, ownership, and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years leading platform or site reliability engineering teams in high-scale software as a service environments.
  • Deep experience with Kubernetes and major cloud providers (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
  • Strong technical grounding in TypeScript/Node.js, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, service meshes, and event-driven systems.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver multi-region compliant architectures.
  • Track record of implementing CI/CD, observability, contract testing, and reliability practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
