Visual Director - Brand and Design Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Director to lead our brand and design strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual identity across all formats.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling. They will be able to work closely with our editorial, events, and tech teams to create cohesive and engaging content that resonates with senior decision-makers.

About the Role
  • Lead the development and implementation of our visual identity across web, print, social, events, video, and emerging formats.
  • Collaborate with our editorial, events, and tech teams to ensure cohesive and engaging content that meets the needs of senior decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments.
  • Proven expertise in Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id, Ae) and Figma.
  • Familiarity with Gen-AI image/video tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Sora, and Adobe Firefly.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, motion, data-viz, and brand systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
