We are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Software Quality Assurance. This senior leadership position requires an expert in Agile and DevOps testing strategies, transformation initiatives, and team scaling.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of relevant experience in quality engineering/test automation, with proven leadership in the fintech/banking domain. A strong understanding of Agile/DevOps testing environments and tooling is essential, as well as experience managing large QE teams (75+ members). Strategic mindset and hands-on understanding of modern QE frameworks are also required.

This is a senior leadership role that requires close collaboration with global teams to drive transformation at scale. The selected individual will be responsible for leading a team of software quality assurance professionals and driving the development of quality engineering strategies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in Agile and DevOps testing strategies to drive quality engineering initiatives.
  • Develop and implement quality engineering frameworks and strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Mentor and lead a team of quality engineers to drive excellence in software quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives and improve overall quality.
