Job Title: SAP FICA Consultant

We are seeking a motivated Junior SAP FICA Functional Consultant with expertise in revenue collection, billing, contract accounting, and bulk payment processing to join our organization.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in SAP FICA/RAR who is eager to grow their expertise in subscription-based financial processes.

The candidate will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP FICA module, focusing on revenue management in a SaaS or service-based product environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the configuration and support of SAP FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) processes, including:
  • Revenue collection and allocation
  • Subscription billing and invoicing
  • Contract accounting
  • Dunning and collections
  • Bulk payments and payment run execution
  • Work with RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) to ensure compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 for revenue recognition.
  • Support integration between FICA, SD, FI, and RAR modules for end-to-end revenue management.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, system testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze issues and propose solutions.
  • Assist in creating functional specifications for enhancements and work closely with ABAP teams.
  • Provide production support and resolve incidents related to FICA/RAR processes.
  • Document configurations, test cases, and end-user training materials.
