Expert Absence Manager Opportunity

Employment Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support and guidance on implementing and configuring Workday Absence Management solutions for our partners.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless delivery of absence management projects.
  • Conduct workshops to identify, analyze, and specify absence management requirements in line with business needs.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation outlining configurations and processes.
  • Ensure close alignment between HR, payroll, and stakeholders during the integration process.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in implementing, supporting, or migrating Workday Absence Management projects.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Absence module, as well as conducting system configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, specifically in absence management, leave policies, and compliance.
  • Workday Absence Management certification is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in diverse environments.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages being advantageous.
