Production Leadership Role

This key position involves overseeing end-to-end production processes and client relationships within a dedicated vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all stages of production projects from initial client briefs to final delivery of assets, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management: oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Clients management: act as primary point of contact, build strong relationships, understand clients' needs, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Talent empowerment: lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Process control: ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with company standards.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work with creative strategy, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Quality assurance: maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Risk management: identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, or client satisfaction, escalating issues as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within BFSI sectors, with a strong understanding of creative production processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in managing contracts, payments, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
