Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver meticulous administrative services ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Manage data entry, cleansing, and quality control of client and business partner information with precision.
  • Execute submission logging duties while achieving a seamless month-end close process.
  • Maintain policy data integrity, implement robust quality controls, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Process daily transactions according to targets set by the process.
  • Exhibit adaptability in managing change effectively within the team.
  • Follow organizational policies and procedures.
  • Participate in divisional and organizational level activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure timely reporting and communication with other departments as necessary.
  • Engage in process-oriented and personal skill enhancement trainings.

Desired Skills:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Understand customer requests and input accurate information into relevant systems.
  • Ownership and Collaboration: Take ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Consider the broader picture and recognize the importance of each process within the operational framework.
  • Effective Communication: Correspond with customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactive Workflow Management: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet performance indicators and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
  • Previous work experience in a relevant industry is not mandatory.
  • Computer skills, particularly MS Office systems, are an added advantage.
  • Good analytical skills, decision-making, attention to detail, and business process orientation.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts is essential.
