Job Title: Configuration Specialist

This role involves providing assistance to system program leaders with configurations and support for global, web-based applications.

  • Daily system support via various communication channels is required.
  • Troubleshooting system issues and working with users and vendors to resolve them is a key responsibility.
  • System administration duties such as updating website information content and system data changes need to be performed.
  • Assisting with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance, is essential.
  • Create and execute test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
  • Assist with software validation and change control activities.
  • Develop reports and training materials using Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Excellent organizational skills are required.
  • A team player with a passion for their work and willingness to help others succeed.
  • Experience with system troubleshooting and root cause investigation is required.
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
  • SQL experience is required.
  • Past scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript) is beneficial.
  • SharePoint experience is an advantage.
