Job Description

This role is ideal for individuals with 2 to 3 years of experience in IT administration, who are motivated and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in the maintenance of computers, servers, and networking equipment.
  • Install and update software across the company's systems.
  • Troubleshoot basic IT problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Ensure regular data backups and contribute to the company's data security efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, issues, and resolutions in a ticketing or documentation system.
  • Monitor and maintain the company's local area network (LAN) and internet connectivity.
  • Support basic IT security tasks, such as ensuring antivirus updates and security patches are applied.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BSc (Mandatory)
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support or administration
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
  • Network concepts (e.g., IP addresses, DNS, routers, switches)
  • Hardware components (e.g., computers, printers, servers)
  • Office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
