Dadu Medical Centre is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
About the Role
This is a full-time position based in Noida, India. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a similar industry, with a strong track record of delivering results and building long-lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research on clients, their markets, competitors, and industries to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Account Management: Develop and implement account management plans to drive revenue growth, manage client expectations, and ensure timely delivery of projects and reports.
- Delivery Management: Oversee the smooth delivery of all requirements to clients, including project management, report submission, and escalation management.
- Contract and Agreement Management: Track contract signing, agreement receipt, and overdue collections to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting and Dashboard: Submit weekly reports and dashboards to stakeholders, providing insights into client performance and progress.
- Closing Sales: Collaborate with business leaders to close sales by building rapport with existing accounts, explaining product capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
- Market Strategy: Contribute to market strategy development by monitoring competitive products and reactions from contacts/leads in the prescribed account.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned accounts, liaising with internal teams to improve the entire account management process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (B Tech in Computer Science or equivalent preferred).
- MBA or other management qualification (Regular MBA preferred).
- Proven relevant work experience as an Account Manager of at least 2+ years.
- In-depth knowledge of IT Services or SAAS Product Delivery Account Management OR Digital Marketing client management with a thorough understanding of IT services like web development, mobile application development, digital marketing, etc.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
