Job Description

The Account Relationship Strategist will play a pivotal role in working closely with internal teams, including marketing and investment advisors, to achieve sales targets and provide unparalleled service to clients. This includes:

  • Upselling Mutual Fund products to Retail/HNI/Wealth Clients as per the assigned database, generating fresh leads through referrals to expand the client base.
  • Profiling customers and providing financial products tailored to meet their specific needs.
  • Maintaining the highest levels of service to HNI/Wealth customers.
  • Providing expert investment planning and advice.
  • Achieving sales and revenue targets across the product mix.
  • Serving as a single point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Acquiring and servicing HNI/UHNI customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Experience in managing Retail/HNI Clients, with in-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds.
  • NISM Certification.
