
Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and outreach to generate new leads.
- Qualify prospects and prioritize follow-ups using defined criteria and call scripts.
- Secure discovery calls and on-site meetings for senior sales team members, manage calendars and confirmations.
- Update CRM with real-time interactions, notes, lead statuses, and next steps, maintain data hygiene.
- Run structured follow-up cadences to progress leads through the funnel.
- Use and improve call scripts and sequences to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and campaigns based on market feedback.
- Track and report daily/weekly activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline health.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, SDR, or BDR roles.
- Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills, comfortable with outreach targets.
- Appointment setting experience with measurable results.
- Solid CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and habit of meticulous data entry.
- Ability to qualify leads using frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, confident, clear, and persuasive.
- Organized, goal-driven, and resilient with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
