- Able to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and telecalling strategies.
- Confidence in presenting products/services over the phone.
- Able to handle objections and convert rejections into opportunities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Comfortable working with lead databases and telecalling software.
