This role is a pivotal partner in supporting the Commodity Insights strategy by designing and implementing service-oriented solutions within our digital workflow platforms.
You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from inception to productionizing, leveraging latest automation, GenAI and cloud technologies.
- Demonstrate ability to translate complex business processes to technical solutions.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on external product management feedback, business requirements and internal goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, SMEs and stakeholders to identify product requirements and prioritize feature development.
- Identify opportunities for incorporating new technologies into existing workflows to optimize current operations.
- Work closely with product owners and software development team to ensure products are developed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Monitor application performance and use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
- Develop high-performing teams, creating an environment to enable them to excel.
- Motivated and disciplined team player with 7-10 years of product management experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, adaptability, and willingness to listen and learn.
- Experience with LEAN management and workflow platforms is a plus.
