Job Title: Product Owner

This is a key leadership role that requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and effective communication skills. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • You will lead the development of product roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
  • You will collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement product solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
  • You will engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and requirements, acting as an advocate within the organization to ensure our solutions meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and refine strategic direction for the department, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Manage product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  3. Work closely with engineering teams to enhance product solutions, advocating for features that address evolving security needs and improve customer experience.
  4. Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and requirements, acting as an advocate within the organization to ensure our solutions meet their needs.
  5. Oversee departmental processes to ensure operational efficiency and quality, supporting the implementation of best practices.
  6. Maintain compliance with industry standards and security best practices, participating in security incident response planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities, manage complex projects, and deliver quality products.
  • Strong knowledge of identity protocols, including OIDC, OAuth, and SAML.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
