About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Identity Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. As an IAM specialist, you will be responsible for managing IAM projects, ensuring secure authentication and access control across various applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IAM Project Management: Manage IAM projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, leveraging protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
  • Integration and Troubleshooting: Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise and cloud-based applications, troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, including authentication/authorization failures, SAML assertions, OAuth token issues, and API integration errors.
  • User Lifecycle Management: Manage user lifecycles, configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) policies.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with development teams to implement secure coding practices related to IAM, participate in knowledge sharing sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Security Governance: Work closely with the security team to enforce IAM security best practices, compliance, and governance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Technical Background: Proficiency in IAM protocols, APIs, and system integration.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing IAM projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and meeting project deliverables.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and security teams.
