We are seeking a seasoned Identity Access Management (IAM) specialist with 10+ years of experience to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade identity and access management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement IAM solutions including identity governance, administration, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and privileged access management.
- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure IAM architectures and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM strategies and roadmaps.
- Develop solution designs, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide hands-on support for complex troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IAM architecture and implementation.
- Strong expertise in Ping Identity, Okta, Saviynt, and Delinea.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, Public Key Infrastructure, and SSL certificates.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and guiding technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Architectural, cybersecurity, or product certifications.
- Experience in hybrid cloud environments and integration with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
