We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an individual contributor position that requires demonstrated experience working within a team environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) solutions and possess a strong understanding of authentication, authorization, role-based access, least privilege, and segregation of duties access control concepts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IAM strategies and solutions using various tools such as Auth0, Okta, Keycloak, Azure AD, AAD, AWS IAM, AD, LDAP, Terraform, IAAC, and Key Vault.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and technology directions into product definitions and processes.
  • Design and implement security architectures and technologies to protect identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • In-depth understanding of IAM solutions, including authentication, authorization, role-based access, least privilege, and segregation of duties access control concepts.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing IAM solutions and troubleshooting issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
