Identity Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our identity governance team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure and efficient identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and Improve Identity Governance: Evaluate the current state of identity governance within our organization and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and Implement Identity Solutions: Work closely with our team to design and implement SailPoint solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for identity governance initiatives.
- Provide Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to employees on identity governance best practices.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in identity governance and access management.
- A deep understanding of IAM processes and technologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferable certifications in SailPoint or IAM domain.
