Job Title: IAM Security Specialist
This is a remote position that requires long-term commitment and dedication. We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist with expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level IAM solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identity integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and knowledge of IAM tools like PingFederate, FreeRADIUS, PingDirectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support IAM solutions across various platforms and applications to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Lead or support migration efforts between identity providers or any other one IDP to another IDP.
- Configure and manage SSO and MFA solutions using industry-standard tools to enhance security and efficiency.
- Integrate enterprise applications with identity providers using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP protocols to streamline access control.
- Maintain and manage directory services including PingFederate, FreeRadius, AD, VDS, PingDirectory for optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain IAM documentation, runbooks, and technical guides to support team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with application teams to troubleshoot IAM integration issues and improve user experience through regular audits, reviews, and reporting for identity-related compliance.
