Job Description

As a skilled Identity and Access Management professional, you will design, implement, and maintain robust SailPoint solutions to drive efficiency and security across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Build custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs, and identity protocols to enhance our IAM capabilities.
  • Author secure, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for rule, workflow, and report logic.
  • Monitor and support SailPoint environments with Tier 2/3 incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver secure IAM capabilities, and ensure governance/compliance alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years in Identity & Access Management, with significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell), and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes—Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications—and regulatory compliance considerations.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills.
