**Job Summary:**

As a key member of our Identity & Access Management team, the IAM Quality Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving Continuous Improvements initiatives.

**Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to design and execute comprehensive test cases for SIT and UAT, ensuring all established security controls are executed and enforced.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with various project teams to translate business/technical requirements into actionable solutions.
  • This position requires strong communication skills to provide updates at daily stand-ups and functional calls, as well as recording accurate test results in our tracking system.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with Identity and Access Management suites or other access provisioning tools.
  • Familiarity with computing platforms, operating systems, and databases such as Windows, UNIX, Azure, CyberArk, Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL), Mainframe, Lotus Notes, SAP, and Active Directory user access administration protocols is required.
  • Knowledge of Java programming and SQL is also necessary.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly valued.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for this role.

**Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a QA role.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in IT Security related projects, access controls, Identity and Access Management.
  • A University Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required.
