Job Title: Customer Identity and Access Management Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining customer identity and access management solutions to ensure secure and seamless user experiences.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in consent management, preference management, and data privacy regulations.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.

You will also work closely with technical teams to configure and support SAP Customer Data Cloud functionality, including customer registration flows, consent forms, and preference management settings.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to promote enterprise solutions and drive adoption among stakeholders.

This is a detail-oriented, functional role that requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a focus on business process improvement.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on medium to large-scale, global IT projects and contribute to the development of innovative customer identity and access management solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An in-depth understanding of CIAM principles, consent management, and preference management.
  • Hands-on configuration experience with SAP CDC (Gigya), including registration flows, consent forms, and preference settings.
  • Familiarity with authentication standards such as OpenID Connect and SAML.
  • Experience integrating SAP CDC with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their application in CIAM solutions.
