Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Fleet Category Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of fleet-related products and services, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fleet Management: Oversee the procurement of fleet-related products and services, including vehicle fleets and associated processes and policies.
  • Category Strategy: Develop and implement category strategies to optimize fleet management and reduce costs.
  • Project Management: Manage projects related to fleet procurement and implementation of new processes and technologies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including country leadership, functions, and outsourced service providers.
Requirements
  • Education: University/Advanced degree is required, Master's Degree/other advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant business experience, preferably in Procurement or other related experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus in the Fleet domain.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, process management & project management experience, contract management experience.

  • Strong Influencer: A strong influencer in decision-making processes within and outside of procurement.
  • Fleet Expertise: Expertise in Fleet, understanding the respective category market levers, trends and main players as well as internal processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, process management & project management experience.
  • Contract Management: Contract management experience.
