Key Account Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Key Account Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and personal expertise.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Pursue strategic partnerships with existing clients to drive repeat business and expand our reach in the market.
  2. Develop and implement targeted business growth strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  3. Collaborate with internal research teams to match candidates to roles and create shortlists of suitable candidates.
  4. Present shortlisted candidates to clients and negotiate exclusive/retainer-based search contracts.
  • Requirements:
A proven track record in business development and sales, with a strong focus on key account management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Motivated by targets and results, with a strong drive for success and new opportunities.A self-starter with a well-organized approach to work, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools, with the ability to leverage this expertise to drive business growth.Ability to travel frequently, both nationally and internationally, to meet with clients and attend industry events.
