Business Finance Professional Wanted

About This Role:

Partner with Business Operations to drive financial insights and profitability.

This strategic finance role is critical in tracking Return on Investment, monitoring partner-level profitability, and providing actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Business Finance and Strategy with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate with teams to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data & trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and dashboards to track sales performance.
  • Own annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive periodic financial reviews and business performance analysis, providing commercial insights.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives to improve decision-making.

Required Skills:

5–8 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.

Prior experience in digital media, technology, or high-growth environments preferred.

Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills.

Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively with non-finance stakeholders.

Dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA from Tier 1 institute a plus).
