We are seeking a seasoned Finance and Strategy Leader to spearhead the development of our secured and unsecured lending portfolio. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary professional to drive business growth, establish strategic partnerships, and optimize revenue streams.

Key Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance or Strategy with 10+ years of experience in designing and sourcing market-linked debentures (MLD) and managing key client relationships.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.

  • Create a culture of operational excellence within teams to enhance loan disbursal, collections, and credit assessment through maximum use of technology.

Business Opportunities:

  • Identify business opportunities for new products, bank partners, and channel partners.
