Job Title:

Project Planning and Estimation Coordinator

This role involves the oversight of project planning, scheduling, and tracking through periodic progress reports. The position requires coordination with internal departments for execution readiness.

Responsibilities:
  1. Project Scheduling and Tracking: Align project baselines and milestones with drawings, materials, manpower, and contractors.
  2. Execution Coordination: Share approved schedules with site teams and highlight critical paths.
  3. Progress Monitoring: Verify actual progress through site visits and lead/lag analysis.
  4. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and update forecasts based on scope changes.
  5. Cross-Departmental Alignment: Collaborate with design, execution, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment of estimates with project goals.
  6. Risk Management: Identify potential cost variances and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • B.E./ M.E. in Civil Engineering with around 5 years of experience in estimation for high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and market rates.
  • Hands-on experience with estimation software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
