Job Title: Campaign Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Campaign Strategist to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns across industries.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in conceptualizing and implementing impactful marketing strategies, leveraging strong research skills and competitive analysis to drive campaign success.

This role involves crafting compelling campaign narratives, developing effective pitch decks, and managing client communications with ease. Additionally, the successful candidate will be proficient in Canva and Google Slides to create polished presentations and basic visual mockups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, design, and deliver persuasive pitch decks using Canva and Google Slides.
  • Pitch campaign ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively to clients, utilizing strong communication skills.
  • Conduct thorough research and competitive analysis for campaign planning, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Ideate and execute campaigns involving creative strategies, trend-driven ideas, stunt marketing, and PR management.
  • Leverage content marketing strategies with a basic understanding of meme marketing, creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Attend and manage client meetings, ensuring smooth communication and updates, and executing seeding and amplification strategies for campaign success.
  • Maintain ideal communication standards with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Write captivating taglines, captions, and campaign-related copy, crafting narratives and content aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in conceptualizing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across industries.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, ongoing trends, and digital strategies that drive engagement and results.
  • Proven ability to articulate campaign strategies, prepare and deliver effective presentations, and manage client communications.
  • Ability to craft compelling campaign copies, taglines, captions, brand narratives, and storytelling content.
  • Proficient in Canva and Google Slides to create polished presentations and basic visual mockups.
  • Ability to conduct competitive analysis, evaluate campaign performance, and adapt strategies based on insights.
