Job Title: Campaign Marketing Manager

Campaign Marketing Lead - Offline Marketing and Student Admissions

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Campaign Marketing Lead to spearhead our offline marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility, driving student admissions, and ultimately achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual offline marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning, ensuring seamless integration with our digital marketing campaigns.
    • Identify key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics, leveraging market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
    • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and effective campaign execution.
  • Event Management & Execution:
    • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, orientations, roadshows, workshops, fairs, kiosks, and external education events, ensuring exceptional customer experience and memorable brand interactions.
    • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication to drive successful campaign outcomes.
  • Vendor & Partner Management:
    • Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners, handling negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance monitoring to optimize partnership value and minimize risks.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors, ensuring mutual understanding, trust, and collaborative working practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Admissions Team to ensure effective campaign execution, analyzing data and insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with Creative/Content Teams to produce engaging and impactful offline marketing collateral, aligning visual identity and messaging with our brand guidelines.
    • Align with Digital Marketing Team to ensure offline efforts complement online campaigns, maximizing overall marketing effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility, providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
    • Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting campaign successes, areas for improvement, and proposed solutions to enhance future campaign performance.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage the offline marketing budget effectively, ensuring judicious use of resources and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising campaign effectiveness.
    • Develop and implement budget forecasting and reporting processes to provide transparency and accountability in campaign spend.
