Project Coordinator - West Bengal

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to support our programs and operations across West Bengal.

  • Job Description:

  • Coordinate between multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of projects and contributing to strategic initiatives that align with our vision and culture.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • - Plan, organize, and execute cross-functional projects across multiple categories and zones.

  • - Act as a bridge between internal teams, field teams, and leadership to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.

  • - Identify operational bottlenecks, break them into manageable tasks, and prioritize solutions based on urgency and impact.

  • - Define and track key metrics for ongoing projects, analyze trends, and recommend data-backed action plans.

  • - Collaborate with the team to create effective go-to-market plans for new initiatives and ensure successful implementation.

  • Requirements:

  • - 0–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles.

  • - B.Tech / B.Sc. graduates (preferably from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges).

  • - Proficiency in Bengali & Hindi language is mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking).

  • - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • - Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is an advantage.

  • - Willingness to travel across West Bengal as required.
