Job Opportunity

We are seeking an individual to play a key role in our CSR training project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating awareness about our skill development programs, enrolling eligible candidates, and maintaining coordination with the community and Coal mine area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field visits for mobilization and outreach activities
  • Identify and counsel suitable candidates for different skill training batches
  • Build relationships with local communities, panchayats, and industry contacts
  • Organize and participate in mobilization camps and awareness drives
  • Collect candidate data, maintain enrolment documentation, and daily reports
  • Support in candidate registration, batch formation, and coordination with training team
  • Meet mobilization targets as per project requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Graduate with strong communication skills
  • Experience in mobilization, field outreach, or CSR projects preferred
  • Local area knowledge of Kajora, Durgapur, Asansol region is an advantage
  • Good convincing and counseling ability
  • BASIC documentation and reporting skills
  • Must have own two-wheeler preferred for field travel
