Empowering Professionals through Skill Development Programs

We seek an energetic and field-driven Community Mobilizer to support our CSR training project at ECL Kajora location.

The successful candidate will play a key role in creating awareness about skill development programs, enrolling eligible candidates, and maintaining coordination with the community and Coal mine area across Durgapur and Asansol region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits for mobilization and outreach activities
  • Identify and counsel suitable candidates for different skill training batches
  • Build relationships with local communities, panchayats, and industry contacts
  • Organize and participate in mobilization camps and awareness drives
  • Collect candidate data, maintain enrolment documentation, and daily reports
  • Support in candidate registration, batch formation, and coordination with training team
  • Meet mobilization targets as per project requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate (HS 10 2) with strong communication skills
  • Experience in mobilization, field outreach, or CSR projects preferred
  • Local area knowledge of Kajora, Durgapur, Asansol region is an advantage
  • Good convincing and counseling ability
  • Basic documentation and reporting skills
  • Must have own two-wheeler (preferred for field travel)
