Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and field-driven Mobilizer to support our CSR training project at ECL Kajora location The Mobilizer will play a key role in creating awareness about our skill development programs enrolling eligible candidates and maintaining coordination with community and Coal mine area across Durgapur and Asansol region Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits for mobilization and outreach activities Identify and counsel suitable candidates for different skill training batches Build relationships with local communities panchayats and industry contacts Organize and participate in mobilization camps and awareness drives Collect candidate data maintain enrolment documentation and daily reports Support in candidate registration batch formation and coordination with training team Meet mobilization targets as per project requirements Qualifications Skills Required Graduate HS 10 2 with strong communication skills Experience in mobilization field outreach or CSR projects preferred Local area knowledge of Kajora Durgapur Asansol region is an advantage Good convincing and counseling ability Basic documentation and reporting skills Must have own two-wheeler preferred for field travel What We Offer Being a key player in something potentially massive and world-changing Competitive salary and incentive structure best in the industry Opportunities for professional development and growth A supportive and collaborative work environment The chance to make a meaningful impact on the careers and lives of working professionals How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience at careers msu edu in at earliest possible Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have two wheeler Experience Mobilizer 1 year Required Willingness to travel 100 Required Work Location In person
