This innovative approach has gained significant traction, with over 900k daily users discovering and shopping products on our platform. Our user base has grown 3x in the last 4 months, and we're working with over 50,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces.

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you'll contribute to and grow within the creator-enabled eCommerce space. You'll work closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects, own key problem statements end-to-end, and build business cases to drive growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Rolling up sleeves and taking on high-leverage projects

  • Own key problem statements end-to-end, from framing to execution and iteration
  • Building business cases, running fast experiments to drive business growth
  • Building and managing execution roadmaps, from idea to launch to early scaling
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and scale initiatives
  • Redesigning, documenting, and continuously improving key workflows for efficiency and scalability

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Graduation from top-tier institutions
  • Experience (1–2 years) in management consulting or heavy problem-solving roles in early-stage start-ups
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with scrappy execution
  • High sense of accountability, ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders
