Growth Specialist

About the Role

The primary goal of this position is to drive revenue expansion across both B2C and B2B sectors. This entails increasing direct sales in training and certification enrollments, as well as executing growth strategies for universities, corporates, and consulting clients.

This role will focus on maximizing outcomes through support for pricing, partnerships, and revenue model innovation.

A key responsibility will be identifying and onboarding corporate and institutional partners, preparing proposals, partnership decks, MoUs, and revenue share agreements.

The individual will also conduct market analysis to identify high-potential opportunities, ensure a seamless student enrollment experience with strong conversion and retention, and enable cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for clients.

Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential to design digital and outreach campaigns, including events, email, and referral programs.

The role will involve competitor benchmarking, growth experiments, and maintaining dashboards to track revenue, funnels, CAC, LTV, and ROI.

Weekly growth reports and data-backed insights will be shared with the Founder's Office.

Requirements
  • Drive direct sales growth in B2C training & certification enrollments.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for B2B segments (universities, corporates, consulting clients).
  • Support pricing, partnership, and revenue model innovation.
  • Identify and onboard new corporate & institutional partners for our business.
  • Work on proposals, partnership decks, MoUs, and revenue share agreements.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential B2B opportunities.
  • Ensure student enrollment experience is seamless with high conversion and retention.
  • Work with clients to ensure cross-sell/up-sell opportunities are leveraged.
  • Collect success stories, testimonials, and track ROI for clients/partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns for lead generation.
  • Design outreach campaigns (events, email, referral programs).
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and growth experiments.
  • Maintain dashboards tracking revenue, lead funnels, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Provide weekly growth performance reports to the Founder's Office.
  • Suggest new growth hacks and insights backed by data.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must hold an MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 B-School such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, or MDI.

Fresh MBAs with 0–1 year of experience are preferred, though prior internships in sales, growth, or consulting will be an advantage.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and persuasion skills along with a high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work under targets.

Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite is essential, while familiarity with CRM and analytics tools is desirable.

Benefits

We offer a competitive stipend of ₹40,000 per month (₹25,000 fixed + ₹15,000 performance-linked incentive).
