And for 3+ years, we've grown smoothly and profitably — training students not just across India, but also from the USA, Europe, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and more.

The model works — globally.

Now, we're ready for the next leap.

In the coming year, we're scaling aggressively and preparing for our first funding round.

To do that, I'm looking for two driven co-founders to join the journey:

Sales & Marketing Co-Founder (CRO / CMO) – Drive learner acquisition, close corporate upskilling contracts, and take the brand nationwide & worldwide.

Technical Co-Founder (CTO / Head of Learning & Labs) – Lead product & curriculum in AI/ML, build and scale cloud lab infrastructure, and mentor our instructor network.

What's on the table:

· Equity: 10–25% each (negotiable, tied to role & investment)

· Capital Contribution: ₹20–50 L each — mandatory for runway growth

· Salary: Zero until traction → stable revenue → funding

· Commitment: Full-time, 3–5 years to build an enduring category leader

We're not starting from scratch.
