As a Strategic Implementation Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment of solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Partnership Development:

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. This involves understanding client objectives and aligning them with our product solutions to drive their success.

  • Strategic Solutioning & Planning:

You will work closely with clients and pre-sales teams to detail the solutioning and prepare clear strategic plans that explain the process and system workflow, as well as exception scenarios.

  • Customer Advocacy & Support:

Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring the adoption of new features, services, and solutions. You will regularly review account performance metrics and KPIs to ensure the client's goals are met.

  • Project Management & Delivery:

Drive implementation projects for clients by collaboratively working with the client, pre-sales team, and product team. You will lead efforts to drive project management best practices, ensuring timely delivery with agreed resources and closely monitored scope.

  • Data-Driven Insights & Analysis:

Leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers. Monitor and report on key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk. Suggest improvements or changes based on analysis.

  • Customer Training & Enablement:

Provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product. Develop customized learning paths and onboarding plans to accelerate time-to-value.

  • Process Improvement & Handover:

Manage process improvement, close all points by working with product and support teams. Create customer SOPs for processes that can be used by clients and internally by support teams. Work with the support team to handover the project to Support and Key Account Managers.

  • Customer Feedback Loop:

Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to product teams for improvements or new feature development based on client input.
