Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI/ML Engineer to spearhead the development of intelligent and scalable solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in Machine Learning and software development, with proficiency in Python and adherence to software development best practices.
  • A degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • The ability to provide expert advice through structured narratives is essential, as well as a coaching and knowledge sharing mindset.
  • Experience with deploying ML models to large user bases and familiarity with MLOps methodologies are considered advantages.
  • Leadership skills, such as taking a technical lead role in a team structure, are also desirable.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to understand customer business needs and translate them into end-to-end technical solutions from conception to deployment.
  • They must design applications that are carefully architected, scalable, and robust through their combined skills in engineering and machine learning.
  • Responsibility for high-quality delivery of projects and guiding junior engineers technically are also necessary.
