  • About the Role:
  • Support and maintain complex Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE solutions.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Utilize MACD creation expertise in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms to resolve system design issues and upgrade plans.
  • Stay current with VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • Adhere to ITIL process standards.
  • Cultivate understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot VOIP and Performance Management Tools.
  • Develop expertise in Telecom infrastructure protocol knowledge (ISDN and analog signaling).
  • Be prepared for 24/7 business support environments.
  • Prioritize Cisco Voice platform experience and work experience on CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  • Evaluate and communicate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Foster collaboration with third-party providers for problem resolution.

You will be responsible for advanced remote and onsite troubleshooting activities, including system design issues, upgrade plans, technical product documentation creation, and site coordination.

This role will also involve acting as a point of contact for service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations. Additionally, you will provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions. Maintenance and update of knowledge base and documentation, as well as initiation and implementation of process improvements, are also key responsibilities.
