Unifying Communications solutions are at the heart of our organization. To excel in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in Unified Communications products and services.

With over 10 years of experience, you will have an in-depth understanding of key technologies like CUCM, CUC, IM & Presence, and Expressways. You'll be able to design and troubleshoot clusters, inter-cluster trunks, and high availability configurations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unified Communications Architecture: Design and implement unified communications architectures that meet business requirements.
  • PSTN Interoperability: Design and troubleshoot SIP trunks, PRIs with carriers, including codec negotiation, SIP headers, PRIs, and call routing logic.
  • CUBE Voice Gateway Configurations: Configure advanced IOS gateway setup (MGCP, H.323, SIP), dial peers, DSP resources, and survivability strategies.
  • Analog Devices Expertise: Understand analog devices such as analog gateways, analog phones, fax devices, DTMF & dial-tone behavior, FXS/FXO ports.
  • Call Flow Engineering: Design end-to-end call flows across multiple platforms (CUCM, Unity, UCCX/UCCE, Expressway).
  • Virtualization & Cloud Migration: Deploy IPT solutions on UCS platforms or migrate to cloud-based collaboration (Webex Calling, Cisco HCS).

This role requires strategic and operational skills, including capacity planning, scalability, disaster recovery and redundancy, integration expertise, and change control and governance.
