  • We seek a skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to contribute to our team's IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
  • The architect will work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, determine requirements, and develop solution designs. This includes collaborating with development teams for implementation and providing guidance on configuration vs customization.
  • An expertise in application modules, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge, and Self-service Portal, is necessary. The architect must also create custom reports and dashboards with relevant metrics and KPIs while adhering to best practices.
  • Maintaining consistency in code alignment across instances and promoting clean code in update sets are essential responsibilities. Identifying system deficiencies and providing solutions to remediate is also critical.
  • The architect will collaborate with ServiceNow administrators and developers to ensure effective global development. Ensuring consistent configuration across development, testing, and production environments is vital.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in design and development roles for the ServiceNow Platform.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator.
  • Experience transitioning technology from local to centralized service organizations is required.
  • Familiarity with ITSM functions and modules within ServiceNow is essential.
  • Understanding of RESTful Web Services and APIs is necessary.
  • Knowledge of IT and Security management best practices (ITIL, COBIT, ISO standards) is desired.
  • Developing workflows and supporting service technology teams requires proficiency in developing solutions using JavaScript and GlideRecord.
