As a senior design leader, you will be responsible for overseeing MEPF projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

The role requires excellent leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

You will need to have strong technical knowledge of MEPF systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, national, and international codes and standards, and for developing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage MEPF design projects from conceptualization to final implementation.
  • Design and Documentation: Develop and document detailed designs, engineering plans, and specifications for MEPF systems.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all MEPF designs meet organizational and regulatory standards, and develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of MEPF systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
